Position: Service Support (NOC)
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the escalation point of contact for Customer’s Client issues over the phone or email
- Monitoring and managing networks, systems and facilities
- Provide first level of fault recovery with Network Engineer team, System Engineer team
- Ticket logging
- Basic verify and troubleshoot network or security issues.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly report
Qualification:
- Thai nationality
- Male 25 – 28 years old
- Bachelor’s degree
- Perform scheduled maintenance (24×7)
- 12 – hours working (rotating shifts) (8.00am – 20.00 pm) or (20.00 pm – 8.00 am.)
