Position: Service Support (NOC)

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the escalation point of contact for Customer’s Client issues over the phone or email
  • Monitoring and managing networks, systems and facilities
  • Provide first level of fault recovery with Network Engineer team, System Engineer team
  • Ticket logging
  • Basic verify and troubleshoot network or security issues.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly report

Qualification:

  • Thai nationality
  • Male 25 – 28 years old
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Perform scheduled maintenance (24×7)
  • 12 – hours working (rotating shifts) (8.00am – 20.00 pm) or (20.00 pm – 8.00 am.)
